Ryan was great - no pressure and made sure what we found what we needed. He took his time and pointed out things we would not have noticed as first time home buyers.

I have nothing but positive things to say! Ryan was great to work with and very knowledgeable. I always felt he had my best interests in mind and spent hours answering my questions and helping me work through decisions. Even post purchase he has been my “go to” person for vendor recommendations – being new to the area that has been so beneficial and his recommendations never disappoint. I highly recommend Ryan for both his knowledge and expertise as well as the relationship you will form with him through the process.

I worked with Ryan to buy a house in 2013. Buying a house is stressful, you’re spending a lot of money, you’re dealing with a lot of change and you’re making a lot of important decisions. But you know what, buying a new house should also be fun. Ryan did a great job explaining, managing and helping me through all the required contracts and decisions. He did this in such a relaxed way, that it took a lot of the stress out of the transaction. The result of this was that buying my new house was fun, as it should be.

Danielle is a superb real estate agent and an even better person. She has an excellent knowledge of market conditions. Even in a very competitive market she was able to get us into the exact home we wanted under market value. She is aggressive without being forceful.

Danielle is an amazing communicator which puts you at ease during the stressful home search. She also has a team of lenders and home inspectors for your consideration, all of whom are great and also make the home purchase experience a positive one. We would not be in our new house, which we love, without Danielle.
