Danielle has helped us buy two houses and sell one. She is great to work with and we really appreciate all of her help throughout the home buying and selling process. Danielle handled some difficult buyers for us with patience and expertise and I fully credit her with the sale going through on time. She is also very prompt and got us into see houses as soon as they were available.

I worked with Ryan to buy my house and he made the experience amazingly easy! He and his team know the market very well and made the process seamless. Everyone was willing to go out of their way to help when I was out of town and still needed to have paperwork ready to go!

Ryan did a fantastic job with selling of our old home and the purchasing of our new one. The flyer he made for our old home was top-notch, in particular the aerial drone shots really helped sell the location. Market knowledge was also spot-on has the recommended price point hit the Sweet Spot. Ryan was there every step of the way available by phone and email. He also accompanied are new walkthrough and pointed out some issues I had missed. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

Working with Danielle was a fantastic experience with none of the typical cheesiness we observed with other Real Estate agents. She has a genuine and warm personality that made the process fun. She was open minded and perceptive to our signals and not pushy with her personal agenda.

She was knowledgable not only with the details of what houses were on the market, but also knew the back-story of the house we bought (e.g. builders costs, negotiating additional finishes and helping us generally settle into the neighborhood in the following weeks). She also understood the back-stories of other houses and the trends within the local market.

Danielle is THE BEST. My wife and I have bought and rented 5 homes with 5 different realtors in 5 different states. Danielle provided the best knowledge of the area, homes being considered, builders, house features and values of anyone we have engaged, both on the buying and selling end. Most important of all, Danielle has always been one of the most honest people we have ever met. Of course a question of anyone in sales is whether they can be trusted. For Danielle, that answer is clearly positive. We have had good, bad and catastrophic experiences in real estate over the past 40 years, and Danielle comes out on top. We have had discussions with a dozen other customers in our area about her, and we all agree. We have already asked her to find a home for our son and his family who are moving to the area next year. Moving is one of our most feared and detested activities, but we would only consider it again if Danielle were our agent. Our only regret is that she wasn’t included with the house.
